Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Tools Hardware is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.). Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Warranty on power tools and machinery is provided as per the manufacturer's terms. Tools Hardware acts as a retailer, and any warranty claims must follow the specific brand's policy. Normal wear and tear or misuse of tools is not covered under warranty.
