At Tools Hardware, we aim to provide the best and fastest shipping services across Pakistan. We ensure that your premium tools and machinery reach you safely and on time.

1. Delivery Areas

We ship all across Pakistan, including major cities like Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Quetta, and Peshawar, as well as remote areas.

2. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the tools and your delivery location.
• Free Shipping: Occasionally, we offer free shipping on specific products or order values above a certain amount (e.g., RS 10,000+).

3. Courier Partners

We only work with the most reliable courier services in Pakistan to ensure the safety of your hardware items:

• Leopards Courier
• TCS (For premium and fragile machinery)
• Trax & Call Courier (For COD services)
• Bykea (For same-day delivery within Karachi only)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a Tracking ID via SMS or Email. You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. For high-value heavy machinery, a partial advance payment may be required for confirmation.

6. Undelivered Parcels

Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If the receiver is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

7. Damaged Shipments

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at +92 341 9007600.
