Refund & Returns Policy

At Tools Hardware, we stand behind the quality of our tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with the return and refund process.

1. Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
• Power tools or machinery must not have been connected to power if a "Dead on Arrival" claim is not being made.
• Seal-broken products (where applicable) cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Consumable items such as drill bits, sandpaper, welding rods, and oil/lubricants.
• Items that show signs of misuse, physical damage, or electric short-circuiting due to wrong voltage.
• Products without original receipts or proof of purchase.

4. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team via WhatsApp at +92 341 9007600 or email info@toolshardware.pk. Once approved:

• You will need to ship the product back to our warehouse in Karachi.
• The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
• If the item is defective, Tools Hardware will bear the shipping cost or refund it to you.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
• The process may take 3-5 working days after we receive the returned product.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from the factory. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us immediately.
