Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for heavy machinery?
For heavy machinery (above 20kg), we require a 20% advance payment to confirm the order, while the remaining balance can be paid via COD.

How do I claim a warranty?
To claim a warranty, keep your original invoice safe. You can either visit the brand’s official service center or send the tool back to us, and we will handle the process for you.
Does the warranty cover carbon brushes and armatures?
Most brand warranties cover manufacturing defects. Wear-and-tear parts like carbon brushes or armatures burnt due to high voltage are generally not covered.
What is your "7-Day Check Warranty"?
Even for items without an official brand warranty, we provide a 7-day checking warranty. If the tool has a functional fault within 7 days, we will exchange it.
Can I return a tool if I don't like it?
Returns are only accepted for defective or wrongly shipped items. We encourage customers to read descriptions carefully before ordering.
Do power tools come with batteries and chargers?
Cordless tools are sold in two ways: "Kit" (with battery/charger) or "Bare Tool" (body only). Please check the product title for "Solo" or "Kit" mentions.
